I ordered this from casafurnitureusa.com, my gut told me quickly this wasn’t going to be a smooth build. The holes didn’t line up the way they should, a few of the screws felt flimsy, and the instructions were not clear at all. What should’ve been a simple assembly ended up taking way longer than expected.
I’m not a pro or anything, but I’ve put together plenty of furniture before, so I know when something just feels off. This one felt poorly thought out from the start, and even after finally getting it together, it still doesn’t feel as sturdy as I’d like. I should’ve trusted my instinct sooner, and I probably wouldn’t buy from them again

I get that customer service teams can be busy, but it took forever to get a reply. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a faster response when you’re just trying to get help with something.

It did take a little back and forth, but they kept me updated and ended up fixing everything. I don’t know, it’s just nice when a company actually helps after you’ve already bought the thing. I’d order from them again

I ordered a sofa from casafurnitureusa.com and, to be fair, it’s way more comfortable than I expected. I was a little annoyed that I had to wait around longer than I wanted on delivery day, but the couch itself made me less irritated once I actually sat on it.
The cushions are soft without feeling like you’re sinking into a hole, which I appreciate. I can sit on it for hours watching TV without my back bothering me, and my husband has already claimed it for his almost-daily naps, so apparently it passed his test too.

Overall, I’m happy with it. Delivery wasn’t perfect, but it was fine enough, and comfort was the main thing I cared about anyway. I’d buy it again, though hopefully with a slightly less annoying delivery window next time.

The delivery guys were careful bringing it inside and didn’t seem like they were rushing through it. No broken corners, no missing parts, and no damage that I could see. Overall I’m happy with how it arrived, though after paying for delivery I’d still appreciate some kind of small credit or compensation if they offer one.
